Most people are NOT used to cutting large width fabric. Maybe instead of showing the sped up sewing, you should have shown how to cut the pieces.

I’m confused. If you sew a 12” piece to a 4” piece, isn’t the result 15-1/2”? But the cutting directions said the next piece was 15”. And that seemed to continue throughout. I can see the labels pinned to Misty’s pieces include the 1/2”.

Question: the requirement for the main fabric for Natalie's quilt in the video says 3 1/8 yards of the main fabric, but the link to the pattern says 4 1/4. Can you please clarify the correct amount? Love the quilt and looking forward to making it!

White is not my choice in background and with Natalie's large white empty space, I wonder if adding a 1" color strip would give a layered illusion of a background lattice in that white space?!

I'm making this one now, and loving the look, but for some reason, to get my plate to lay flat, I have to put 21 blades in it. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else?
